散手練習です。

昨日は少し嬉しいことがあったので紹介します。

T君と散手練習をしていた時ですが、きれいに関節を捕られてしまいました(^_^;)

極めにはもう少し工夫が必要ですが、力みのない流れできれいに持っていかれています。

上手くしてやられました。

T君が上手くなっているのは嬉しいですが、捕られたのは少し悔しい。

次回は捕られないようにしようと思います(^_^)
